SHIPPING POLICY:
Standard delivery is 5-10 business days and is a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping and handling. Faster delivery is available for $14.95 for 2nd Day Air service, and $19.95 for priority overnight service. If your jewelry merchandise total is over $500 we will waive the shipping and handling costs. If you choose Overnight Delivery, additional charges will apply.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with a store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs. There are no refunds. Items received after the 7 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you received complimentary shipping on your order, a fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the returned credit amount. When returning your item, please indicate your reason for the return on the packing slip you received with your purchase. Package the item(s) and the packing slip securely. Please be sure to include your Order ID # and your name on the outside of your return package. The Order ID can be found on the top of the invoice. Return to:
