RETURN AND REPAIR POLICY:

Returns:

We gladly accept returns of any unworn jewelry within 14 days of receipt for store credit or exchange.
Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Before returning any item(s), please obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at support@marybhetz.com or by calling Mary B Hetz Jewelry at (619) 857-7460. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All sales made outside of the United States are final sales.

After receiving your Return Authorization Number, please securely pack and seal the return merchandise and a copy of your original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the given address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Repairs:

Mary B Hetz Jewelry stands behind its merchandise with a 90-day warranty on products purchased from marybhetz.com. We are more than happy to handle repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this 90-day period. Repair inquiries should be directed to our Customer Service -- support@marybhetz.com.


Care and Cleaning:

Each piece of Mary B Hetz Jewelry is handcrafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care avoiding direct and prolonged contact with water, lotions, perfumes & chemicals. Our jewelry is either sterling silver or 18K gold vermeil (gold plated over sterling silver) which may tarnish with normal wear over time. Use a jewelry cloth to gently wipe your pieces after each use so you can enjoy our beautiful jewelry for a long time. Also, to avoid  tarnishing when your jewelry is not in use, it's best to keep it in the pouch or box provided, or another area where it is not exposed to air. Excessive polishing of gold vermeil jewelry is unnecessary and not recommended.

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect we suggest you email support@marybhetz.com with order number and a photo of your piece and we will be happy to facilitate an exchange for you.

Sales Tax

By law, all items shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax.
